Research

My research interests run from basic mechanisms of liver disease to histopathological contributions to translational and clinical studies.

Key areas include liver fibrogenesis, primary liver cancer, and metabolic dysfunction-associated steatotic liver disease, including the development and application of computational pathology tools.

I advocate for the role of pathology and pathologists in clinical trials.
