QuPath Workshop 27th November 2019 Image What is this? This is a hands-on workshop introducing QuPath, the open source bioimage analysis & digital pathology software developed here in Edinburgh at the IGMM (https://qupath.github.io). Who is it for? The workshop is open to all researchers at the University of Edinburgh. It is geared towards people who are already using QuPath for their work, or plan to start using it soon. How can it help me? The goals of the workshop are to: Understand what QuPath can do & how to use it more effectively Learn about the very latest features currently being developed Discuss collaborations to develop new features & analysis methods How does it work? You should bring a laptop with QuPath installed. A range of brightfield and fluorescence images will be provided for practical exercises, but you are welcome to also bring your own data to discuss. How do I register? Registration fee is £50. Please email Jennifer Lawrie who will provide you with eIT details. There are limited places available for this workshop.
